Keeping your inventory up to date is essential for maintaining a professional storefront. All management actions are performed within the Seller Dashboard under the Manage Listings section,.
• Editing Listings: To update a machine's price, specifications, or images, select the specific product and click Edit. Once your changes are saved, you may need to manually republish if it was in a draft state, as listings are not always auto-live.
• Pausing (Archiving): If a machine is temporarily unavailable or you wish to pause the listing, you can choose to Archive it. This removes it from public view without permanently deleting the data. You have the flexibility to unarchive the listing at any time to make it live again.
• Deleting Listings: If a machine is sold or you no longer wish to list it, you can permanently delete it from your dashboard.
• Auction Expiry: Note that auction listings behave differently; they are automatically removed from public view once the set Auction Duration expires. However it doesn't leave your listing page on the Dashboard, you need to update it back to Puresales.
