Use the Contact Seller enquiry form on the product page to send a direct message to the dealer’s email and dashboard

Because the platform does not facilitate physical inspections, direct communication with the seller is essential. On every product detail page, there is an Enquiry Form.

To request more details, such as additional photos of the control panel or a video of the machine running, click "Contact to buy" and fill out the form. Your enquiry is logged in your dashboard and sent as an email notification directly to the seller. The seller will then reply to your registered email address to continue the conversation and provide the requested media.
