Note: The system contains a predefined set of machine specification fields. If your spreadsheet includes additional custom fields that do not exist within the system, they will not be imported or displayed on the listing. However, additional information can often be added within the Specification Fields section, which provides greater flexibility for custom machine details.

Helpful Tips

• Leave Fields that are not needed blank.
• Ensure each machine is entered on a separate row.
• Check that Basic information such as Manufacturer and Machine Type has been completed.
• Keep product information clear and accurate.
• Upload a small number of machines first if you are using the import feature for the first time.
